Linda, Lincoln and Bryce Charlton Jupiter, FL In our neighborhood, Skip is known as "The Grim Reaper", because every time his "For Sale" sign  goes up, we lose another neighbor.  When Mike's job required a transfer, we decided that we were to be "The Grim Reaper's" next victim.  Mike had to leave immediately and left me with the kids, to finish out the school year and handle the sale of the home.  Skip took care of everything.  He even bribed the kids into having their rooms cleaned for showings.  The house sold within two weeks, but he negotiated with the buyers to let us stay in the home until the end of the school year.   I really don't know how I could have done it without him. Michael and Lisa Champagne Formerly of North Fork When we wanted to sell our condo, we asked the association president if she would recommend a Realtor.  Ours was a special situation.  We are Austrian nationals and there were tax matters to consider.  She recommend Skip and we are grateful to her for that.  Skip patiently explained all of the tax consequences of the sale and also all of the other forms involved.  Our visa was expiring on May 4th. less than two months away, and we wanted the home and furnishings sold prior to leaving, even though Skip explained that we could do the closing by mail.  He told us that we would have to find a cash buyer because the home would not appraise for the selling price including the furniture.  Skip sold our home for cash and we closed on May 3rd.  He also found a buyer for our car as well.  He took care of everything, even the paperwork for the car sale.
